first of all thank you for responding me.
my problem is the rechnung. I got offer unlimited internet + calls + sms allover the germany with 30 euro per month. And second sim with 15 euro with same offer.
so it will be 45 euro permonth.
But O2 deduct 82 euro first month and second month 93 euro. How and why?
Will you please help me. I ca not pay like this every month.

I went to this store and was refused any help or explanation on how to buy a data package for my prepaid sim. I want to make a formal complaint against O.A.
I explained that even if they couldn’t do it, as has been done for me in 02 UK then at least explain. I was told no and instructed to go to Saturn for help. So to be clear, I walked into 02 and required help with an 02 matter and was pointed to Saturn for assistance. This sounds absolutely crazy to anybody with an understanding of customer service.
I left and went to Saturn, they sent me back to 02. Again, I asked and explained that my German isn’t very good and I need help to complete this task. O.A said no. I asked to speak to the manager and was told that he wasn’t there by O.A
I was really disappointed that a brand I respected and chose when I arrived due to my trust in it just violated my choice to telephone with them. My data was used automatically on my phone and as a result I didn’t have enough to get the 19.99 L pack. This morning I returned to the store and was refused help again by O.A. I asked if the manager was there. He said he was the manager. This contradicts what he previously said to me.
In the end, the staff at Saturn had to help me resolve this problem.
I’m leaving 02 now because I feel that the customer service ethics of 02 Germany is clearly much different to that of the UK and frankly it’s disappointing, but first I want to launch a formal complaint against O.A. I have his full name but obviously I wouldn’t post it here. Can someone contact me directly so I can give the individuals full details?

I regret that you made some disappoiting experiences with one of our shops.
Maybe the specific shop you went to does not sell any prepaid-cards. Therefore, they could not help you. Please be aware of the fact that not all o2 shops sell prepaid-cards.
But as I see, you already changed from “o2 my Prepaid L” to “o2 my Prepaid M”.
I hope that you will make better experiences with o2 in the future.

Hello.
I am also too much disapointed from o2.
Afyer getting offer unlimited internet +calls and sms in germany with 30 euro per month.
I brought 8 mores persons to o2 shop.
But that italien speaking person is a lier.
He told me 30 euro but first month i paid 82 euro and second month i paid 93 euro .
He do not give answer properly. He is playing game with me..
I hardly use 30 or 40 giga per month.
He told.me after getting sim we will deduct 40 euro including activation charges.
Is there anybody who can help me. I do not want to pay like too much.
I work for my family not for o2.
