After few problems in the o2 shop I today recived an email from o2 telling me that they credited 39.99€ in my kundenkonto, they said that my satisfaction matters to o2. They gave me an account number and I tried to verify the claim but I am even unable to find my kundenkonto number, can somebody help plzzzuu
