contract termination and cancelling direct debit

Hello,

my contract ends on 21.10.2021 and I want to cancel it but I can’t since it seems there is an issue with the previous month bill. The amount was withdrawn from my bank account but was put back on the same day so I tried to transfer it manually but it is still pending. I don’t want to be too late for canceling my contract that is why I am writing this.

Also, I would like to ask about the way to cancel my direct debit and transfer the amount manually from now on.

Hello @Roralror,

you can of course cancel your contract at any time. You can find all the information here:

Please note that your cancellation must be received at least three months before the end of the contract. If your contract ends on 21.10., the notice of termination should have been received by 21.07.! This means that even if the cancellation is received soon, your contract will be automatically extended and will only end after this additional time!

With regard to your subsequent payment of the outstanding amount: when and where did you settle the outstanding invoice?

You can cancel the SEPA direct debit mandate in writing, or we will get you into the private messages here and solve this by you legitimising yourself accordingly. Let us know how you want to proceed.
