Hello,
my contract ends on 21.10.2021 and I want to cancel it but I can’t since it seems there is an issue with the previous month bill. The amount was withdrawn from my bank account but was put back on the same day so I tried to transfer it manually but it is still pending. I don’t want to be too late for canceling my contract that is why I am writing this.
Also, I would like to ask about the way to cancel my direct debit and transfer the amount manually from now on.
