I’m using O2 service since more than 3years now, recently I have been to a O2 store and the person over there has said that he will reduce my Tarif with partner card and that I have to take a new SIM card and cancel the old SIM card I said ok, then I got a call from O2 and they said I don’t have to to cancel the existing contract and they can directly do it online without any cancellation, when I went to O2 store in Berlin Alexanderplatz today he was rude because I asked him to cancel my contract and asked me to go out and he will not cancel the contract. When you vm don’t have internal communication properly and for your own benefits you people disrespect us is not acceptable. I need a clarification on this issue.
