Probably because of your credit rating o2 does not want to make a contract with you.

did you receive a mail from our order department?

Every rejection should be communicated via mail.

Included in that mail is also an adress, which you can write to in order to get more information about the rejection.

All we´d see is the order and the order status itself. There is no way for us to check those reasons, I´m afraid.
