I'm very sorry that there seems to have been a mistake when you signed up. Unfortunately, we cannot recapitulate this as we were not present at the sales meeting.
When concluding a contract in an o2 partner shop, the shop is your contractual partner and therefore also your contact person. We can't just stop contracts like that. You have to contact the shop accordingly. For your information: when concluding a contract in a shop without a bundle with a device, the 14-day cancellation period does not apply. Cancellation can therefore only be ordered by the shop itself.
What does your contract say about this?

O2 claimed that I signed 3 contracts for three sim cards including: EPOS0201465xxxxxxx, EPOS0200579xxxxxxx, and EPOS0200133xxxxxxx.
While I only signed 2 contracts for two sim cards including: EPOS0201465xxxxxxx and EPOS0200579xxxxxxx.
Accordingly, your O2 partener deceived me and sold me a third sim card without my permission. In addition, according to German consumer law, the O2 company is the main entity for handling complaints related to their partners. But unfortunately you tell me that you are not responsible for this problem and each month I have to pay extra mony for nothing for 2 years.
I’m looking forward to hearing from you, and if you do not try to help me, I have no choice except to file a formal complaint against you to the German Federal Police and ask for compensation.
I'm a doctor, and I have come to your country to help your people. As a result, I'm your guest, and the custom of hospitality is not for your O2 partener to deceive me and the O2 company does not help me.
