Unfortunately, I do not know the German language. Therefore, when I signed the O2 contract, your representative in the O2 store translated it for me. I only ordered two sim cards with their tariff, but, it seems that your representative deceived me sold me third sim card without my permission. In addition, your agent has not given any third SIM card with the third one to me, but you get 10€ each month from me.
Accordingly, If my contract for third sim card is not terminated immediately and the extra amount received from O2 company is not returned to my bank account, I will file a complaint against O2 company and your agent in O2 store (o2 Partner Shop Schenefeld, Stadtzentrum Xxxxxxxxxx) with federal police in Germany.
