i wanted to ask that can we legally proceed against our own telephone contract company for charging more than required and making false promises. I have been customer of o2 since sept 2020. I have been religiously paying even though the customer care did mistakes in my contract. This extension they have crossed the limits of charging me more than actual. I have complained in three different store in three different cities and wasted my valuable time on customer service asking them to help. Everyone says we will and they don’t come up with any solution. I have even accepted the fact of giving up the already charged money which should legally be returned to me. Neither money has been returned nor my problem has been resolved. Someone’s help would greatly be appreciated.
