which tarrif do you have in mind?

Do you wish to cut the costs down or do you want to extend your contract early?

A downgrade of the tariff can not be ordered online, I´m afraid.

Please let us know what kind of change you have in mind, we´ll then take a look at the possibilities.

At the moment i have a contract to make calls outside of Germany, and unlimited internet. I would like to take away the international calls, and have at least 10 gb of internet.

Can this be done online, and if not where can i go?

I guess you mean the option “International Voice Standard”?

It’s just the option (technically) to be able to make calls from germany to other EU countries, the option itself doesn’t cost you anything.
