Change of Address

Hallo Community,

I have moved to a new address , where the street is also new. And this new street name and number is still not in O2 database. When I try to change my address online, it do not allow me to change the address with message “Ihre Adresse ist ungültig”. 

Can someone guide me , How can I change my address?

For new buildings, it may take a few days until they appear in our database.

Are you just interested in changing your contact address or do you want to move with a landline?

In the first case, you can wait a while until the data is updated.

If you would like to request a landline connection move, please contact our customer service tomorrow. You can reach our English-speaking hotline on 089 66 66 30 08 1 (Mon. - Fri. 8 am - 8 pm, Sat. 10 am - 6 pm, on workdays).
