In the O2 store they made a mistake and wrongly created a contract without the conditions I signed. They told me it would be cancelled without any problem, delay nor costs on my part. However, it took a lot to be cancelled. Once cancelled, I automatically got another contract which I didn’t even get any SIM, and now that I finally managed to cancel all contracts (I think) I got charged (apart for the monthly costs) for a cancellation fee. Don´t think it is fair since it was a mistake on your side…
