Dear Sir / Madam.

I ordered an iPhone 13 with a contract yesterday and received it.
However, it seems that another iPhone 13 is coming.
I only ordered ONE iPhone 13, why is that?

Also, a customer center employee called me and said that he canceled my contract and that I have to sign a new contract.
I think the guy didn't cancel properly and I signed the contract which costs €46.49.
Actually I don't speak German, but the guy tried to speak English because I asked him to.
Maybe there was a language mistake with the man, he did not speak English apparently.

I will send the another one back and would appreciate it very much if you solve this problem.

I am sorry if something went wrong due to the language barrier. I'm sure we'll get it all sorted out!
Quick info: if an additional contract was concluded that you didn't want, you have the right to cancel within 14 days of concluding the contract.

The easiest and quickest way is to send an e-mail to widerruf@cc.o2online.de with the relevant information about the contract in question and your personal details.

Regarding the hardware, I see that you have already created a return order and are waiting for the goods receipt of the hardware.
