Hallo ,
I had a call to customer service to cancel my existing contract. it was not really helpful and in the mean time some how instead of helping me to cancel they started explaining the offers and started a new contract under my name. i mailed them to cancel it and the response was pathetic. i sent a letter to cancel that but no response on that yet. Mean while they posted the new sim and i could see in O2 website in my login the details and suggestion for activation. Please let me know what to do to get rid of that order permanently. I am not going to activate the sim anyhow.
