Cancellation Date Clarification

Good afternoon,

I unfortunately had to cancel my contract. I cancelled via registered mail yesterday and today I see my cancellation date has been set for November 24th 2021. I am on a monthly contract and the cancellation terms are 30 days notice. Would you know why my cancellation date is set in 2 months?

I’ve looked it up and you’re right. I’ve corrected the date, the contract will now be deactivated on the 27th of October.
