I had recharged my O2 number on 06.08.2023, as i din have sufficient balance to continue with my existing pack(Data Pack L (4 GB) for €9.99 / 4 weeks), but when the recharge was in progress, the  O2 Loop, 0.99Cents got activated and in addition to that Data Pack L also got activated. now i would like to get a refund back. can someone help me?

Why do you think you would get a refund using the card while the recharge was in progress?


I think my post din give you a clear picture. As per the data loop of 0.99cents, they will credit back the amount if we don't use any data. But the data loop and the data pack L got activated in mere minutes, when i recharged for 10€ and now I'm expecting the credit of .99cents back to my account, which hasn't been credited yet


no it isn’t clear. 

First you used the daypack using data with your smartphone. After that (on the same day) die data pack l got activated. You used both packs i think

The way you describe what happened with the activation confuses me a little, i’m sorry. Did the Day Pack for 0,99 € activate before you activated the Data Pack or were both packs activated simultaneously?

If you used the Day Pack before the Data Pack was activated the usage is correct.

The issue was that when there is not enough balance to recharge the datapack, with the existing low balance, the day pack gets activated automatically at 0:00hrs. Which I feel a bit weared. 


And it seems not possible to cancel the loop of .99 cents pack

The Day Pack automatically activates when your phone is using mobile data while there is no other Data Pack active. The Loop Day Pack is a key component of the base prepaid tariff called “Loop” and can’t be removed or deactivated.
