Hello,

I ordered an iphone 13 mini (in black) about a week ago and it’s been showing the pre-order status since then. I just checked that the delivery time for that specific model is about 2 or 3 weeks and I would need the phone a bit more urgently, so I would like to check if there is a possibility to cancel this specific order so I can get the phone in another color which could be in stock. 

I have also checked that there are some units of this specific device I ordered in some stores nearby me, so I would also like to know if there is a possibility of getting the device from one of these.

You have the right to cancel an online purchase within 14 days without giving any reason. You can send this cancellation directly to widerruf@cc.o2online.de by email. Whether the phone will be sent depends on the processing status. If in doubt, send it back or refuse to accept it, in which case it will be returned directly to o2.
