hello,

I would like to cancel order but I have emailed several times and still haven’t got the reply. How can I do???

Dear @slime ,

you can subsequently refuse to accept the parcel if someone else has accepted it for you. This works as described by @Vilureef . You go to a post office and can indicate there that you want to refuse to accept the parcel, then the postal worker takes the parcel and sends it back to the sender.
