Cancel order


hello,

I would like to cancel order but I have emailed several times and still haven’t got the reply. How can I do???

Hi, please I mistakenly order 2 phones instead of 1  without a contract on o2.

how can I cancel the order and reorder it again ?

You can cancel a contract that you have concluded online or over the phone at any time within 14 days.

I canceled my order i got a cancellation confirmation too. That’s why i bought a new phone with a new contract. but later i checked the previous order and it says it’s on the way it’s coming tomorrow. What should i do now? If it’s coming i want to return the phone and cancel my previous contract.

if you have concluded a contract online or by telephone that you did not want to conclude in this way, you can cancel this contract within 14 days, after which it is no longer possible. To do so, use our withdrawal form, which you can send to us by email to the address given in the form. You cannot cancel your contract here in the community.

i applied for return option but my problem is i am trying to see the status of returnig. it say for varification we send the code to your gmail. but i am not getting any code on my gmail please help me

no, I am trying to make my return receipt for that I put the order number and postcode to login but it says for verification we sent you a code to your Gmail but I did not get any code I checked my spam as well. I tried several times but it did not work. because of that, I can not return the device back because I don’t know where or to whom should I give it, please help me. can I contact the customer service via phone regarding this issue? please help me asap

hello, i am not a o2 customer but i bought two phone from you I opened my account on o2 website while using my gmail. i want to return one i already sent the return request. i can not make my return slip as whenever i try to log in it asks a code, they told that they sent to my gmail. but i did not get any to my gmail i to checked my spams as well. later o2 sent me to email verification mail i press the link to verification but it says technical problem please try from o2 app then i installed o2 app but can not login with gmail. and i do not have any o2 sim so please help me to return my phone as soon as possible. is there any english speaking o2 customer service whom can i call regarding this issue i received my phone on 3rd may and i need to return it asap. please help me

Dear @myujil ,

did you open the package with the phone you want to return?

If not, you can go to a DHL Shop and can tell them you want to refuse acceptance.

You can subsequently refuse to accept the parcel if, for example, the parcel was simply dropped off or a neighbor accepted it even though you do not want it. Does this perhaps help you?

Hi, I live in Hannover Germany.

 

I have ordered and received a New Samsung S22 Ultra , almost a Week ago, But phone has an Issue, it keeps turning off and restarting while video call on WhatsApp or Playing PUBG! and My front camera keeps focusing on my back ground instead of me! 

 

I have emailed the Samsung Support team but they did not answer.

I have already checked that the Auto Restart time set is not turned and this a technical issue I am facing! and so annoying

 

what I need to know is how to replace my phone with a healthy device?!

I do not have any other phone but this one that I have recieved from O2. So I am in need for this to be quick.

 

Please help me with this Issue.

(Note: I am a new student in Hannover and I do not know any German language yet. )

Thank you so much for your response. I ordered a only a device, I still have a last order step and said will be reserved for me until the said date but I wanted to cancel it as there’s a mistake. Duly noted.
