I want to go from a M tariff for Junge Leute to an L tariff for Junge Leute. Is it possible?

the earliest date for your extension is the 10th of June. That is right.
We can do a change from the All-in M to the All-in L for free, but- when you change your tariff during the normal run time, you will not get any discounts, except the € 5,00 discount for young people.
When you buy the Samsung S7 now, you will also not get discounts for the mobile phone on your tariff.
That discount you only get when you do an active extension for 24 months.
So, the S7 will also be there when it is time for you to extend your contract. For your costs it would be better to wait until that date.
In some cases we can do an extension earlier than 3 months before the contract would end. But now we have more than 6 months left, so now also we would not do that.
Please keep in mind- when you do an extension before your contract ends, the new run time of 24 months will start at the ende of your current run time (here- the 10th of September) but the new tariff and the new discounts start immediately, for 24 months.

Hi, I would like to extend my contract and get the new Galaxy S7 Edge under a L tariff for Junge Leute contract to get all its advantages, but when I check that option on "Mein O2" I have the status message: Sie können Ihren Vertrag frühestens am 14.04.2016 online verlängern. Will I be able to renovate the contract only at this period or can I do this before so I can get the current offer of the galaxy S7 Edge which also come with the VR?

we can do an extension befor that date.
But please notice: your current time of your contract lasts until the 14th of July. When we do an extension you get the new tariff for a runtime of 24 months (with new discounts and everything). Afterwards you still have the left time that you have now. So, when we do the extension, the new end of your run time will be the 14th of July 2018.
But- after the "new" 24 months, the dicounts run out and you have to pay the normal basic charge of your tariff until the end.
If that is ok for you we can make you an offer.
