Hello, today i have accidentally ordered an iphone 13 pro instead of a iphone 13 pro max with contract for 36 months and without tarrif, i want to cancel the order and order it as iphone 13 pro max, can anyone please help

Send a cancellation for the order per Email, adress is widerruf@cc.o2online.de, then you can order the right mobile phone again. A direct exchange is not possible.

Please send the Widerruf for the iPhone via E-Mail to widerruf@cc.o2online.de , don't forget all your personal data and the Order-Number from the iPhone you would cancel.
Then you can order the other iPhone.
