Can't change Tariff from O2loop

I purchased “O2 my Prepaid S” sim at O2 shop, but it looks like my Tariff has been set to “O2 loop.” I have ordered “O2 my Prepaid S” through MyO2, and now it’s active as shown below. 

However, my Tariff is still set to “O2 loop,” and I can’t change it from MyO2 nor *107. I may be continuously charged €0.99 everyday, so I’d like to change my Tariff right now.

Can you please help me?

Welcome to our o2 Community.

At the moment there is an activa data pack on your prepaid o2 sim / contract.

It is the o2 My Prepaid S Pack as you wanted it to be.

Same problem here.  my Tariff is set to “O2 loop,” and I can’t change it from MyO2 nor *107.

Hi @Takak and welcome to our o2 Community 💙

“o2 Loop” is the base tariff of your o2 prepaid card. You change and extend the predefined terms of the “o2 Loop” tariff by adding packs for internet, calls, messaging or a combination of all these 🙂 the tariff itself will stay the same.

As an example: to add a pack for internet you go to “Internet Packs” and choose whichever pack suits you best. You can also choose wether you want the pack to automatically renew itself after it’s 28-day-runtime when the prepaid card’s balance is high enough, of you simply want it to end.
