I purchased “O2 my Prepaid S” sim at O2 shop, but it looks like my Tariff has been set to “O2 loop.” I have ordered “O2 my Prepaid S” through MyO2, and now it’s active as shown below.
However, my Tariff is still set to “O2 loop,” and I can’t change it from MyO2 nor *107. I may be continuously charged €0.99 everyday, so I’d like to change my Tariff right now.
Can you please help me?
