Can not log in to my account properly

I can not log in properlu to my o2 account. Neither on website, neither on the app. It says : ein allgermeiner fehler ist aufgeraten.

And on the website: 

Entschuldigung

Aufgrund technischer Probleme können Ihre Daten in Mein O2 derzeit nicht geladen werden. Bitte probieren Sie es später noch einmal oder versuchen es alternativ in der Mein O2 App.

Ihr O2 Team

 

Its been like this for weeks and I cant see wehn I am going to be billed and how much. I also dont know if I need to pay it or will this be taken from my card. 

I tried installing and reinstalling the app,. clearing cache etc. I am logging in with my email.

I even get emails about confirming my email but i cant do it cause it takes me to the same message all the time.

 

What to do?

Then you are obviously writing in the wrong area here in the "Landline" section of the forum.
As already mentioned, o2 my Home FMS contracts have a mobile phone number. The phone number was sent to the corresponding SIM card via SMS. You can read the SMS in the menu of your o2 Homespot.

You will be notified of the provision of a new bill in "Mein o2" and its total amount to the e-mail address you have specified. 

o2 my Home contracts are normally paid by SEPA direct debit via the IBAN you specified when ordering. 

Alternatively, payment by bank transfer is possible. Whether the invoice amount is collected by SEPA direct debit or a bank transfer is necessary can be found on the invoice. 

Use the phone number belonging to your contract to log in to "Mein o2". If necessary, log out of the forum first. If you have not yet registered your contract with the phone number belonging to your contract for "Mein o2", you must do this before you can use "Mein o2". It is not possible to view your bill with a prospective customer login.

Thank you for your help.So I tried to log in with my phone number that I gave to O2 (although it is not an o2 phone number) and that didnt work. I tried to registered with it and it said that the service is currently unavailable. 

Very annoying. Like, I can log in on the webiste but all I see is the message from my first post, very frustrating.

 

I will look for my billing details on the invoice, thanks.

You have misunderstood something. 
Every o2 my Home tariff is assigned a German landline number. You have to use this number. 
Exception: o2 my Home FMS contracts have a o2 mobile phone number instead. 

Unless you have ordered a provider change with number portability, this number will be assigned to you by o2. This is NOT the contact number you provided to o2 for enquiries.

Thank you for your comment. I am sorry. Yes it is a german number and yes it does not work. Not for loging in or registering.

Then it is clearly not the right number. Please check your o2 order confirmation or the menu of your o2 Homebox or AVM Fritzbox for the phone number of your landline connection.

Thank you for the replay, I am really sorry if I apprear to be annoying. T

he phone number I use is the only one I have… so not really sure how would it be wrong. The agent wrote it off his screen when he was registering me.

The internet I ordered is a home spot, the lTE 5G simcard. Is it possible that the number they ask me to log in with is the number of the sim card for the internet, inside the router?

 

Because I can not see my number on the email confirmation letter
