I currently have a 10euro loop plan with O2. Is there a way I can call the USA with this plan? I must contact a US Government agency, and they only provide a US number. It is very important.

No. o2 charges minute prices for its prepaid tariffs in the USA, there is no cheap option.
The call to the USA costs 0.29 euros per minute. Calls to special numbers in the USA are probably more expensive.

OK I cannot call using my phone as it is. What I wanted to know is there a way to add a US Calling plan to my account? I had this when I was using Vodafone. I paid a monthly amount extra.
o2 doesn`t offers special tariffs/plans, options etc. to the USA.
