Bought phone with contract online, how to check delivery details?

How to know when my phone will be delivered?

I was previously a prepaid customer, and I bought a Vertrag phone online and applied to use the same phone number. 

How can I check when the phone will be delivered? When I try to log in with the number I currently have, I can only see the prepaid account and no information about the purchase, I only received the purchase information in my email.

When I try to login with the email it says it is not registered…..
