we are sorry that you did not like our offer. 😩 However, if you change your mind or would like another offer at a later date, don't hesitate to contact us here. You can always look for an attractive offer online under contract renewal.
The phone is not free, you are paying for it together with the tarif. Extensions are always more expensive than new contracts so if you are looking for similar conditions (you didn't say what these are) you will probably need to terminate your existing contract and conclude a new one.
Summing everything I would have to pay to O2 and to Vodafone during 24 months contract, I would be paying around 200 eur more if I renew my O2 contract, to get the same.
But I'm used to it. They are more interested in new contracts, not keeping existing ones.
200 euro per month? That sounds way to much, even with a phone. Did you maybe pre-check any offers in your “Mein o2” App? Sometimes there are a few nice offers.
Hi @o2_Michi , I mean 200 eur for the “24 months contract”.
Thanks for the tip, I will take a look at the app. But I'm kinda convinced that renewing the contract doesn't worth. When I filter the plans for new clients, they are always more attractive.
your’re welcome. 😊 But be careful, there are mixed offers, like new contracts on top of your existing one. If you want I can tell my colleagues here in the forums to look for offers.
In this case, we only need some infos of your desired tariff like data volume etc. and if you need an additional phone (optional).
welcome in our o2 community. 😊 Before I send you an offer, please look into our product information sheets for further details. Note that the prices contained therein are standard prices excluding any discounts.
Is the e-mail address in “mein o2” correct? Which color should the Xiaomi 12 have? Do you have or want a second Contract from o2? We could combine both to possibly get cheaper in the price.
These are all the points that I need to clarify with you in advance. 😊
I haven't been contacted yet and I just saw the following offer form O2 on Check24:
O2 Blue All-In L 18Gb LTE (bis 50 Mbit/s) + Xiaomi 11T Pro 5G 256Gb
Smartphone: 34,95 EUR (one time)
Cashback: -30 EUR (one time)
Monthly plan: 24,99 EUR (24 months)
I would like to know if O2 can offer that same price if I renew my existing plan. It's is still a bit higher than other competitors, but I would stay if this price is met.
if you need 5G, you can get an offer from the o2 Free M Boost, below that 5G is not included. We can't give you the offers from check 24, then you would have to sign up there. However, the Blue All-in L tariff is not something I would recommend. Do you want a tariff with 20 GB data volume or one with 5G, which starts at 40 GB data volume?
I'm looking for any plan with, at least, 15Gb of data volume, 100Mbps of speed, EU data roaming and a Xiaomi 12 or similar phone (not iphone).
The best option I found so far, for a 24 months contract, was with Vodafone (15Gb, 500mbps, eu roaming) via Check 24, where the avg contract cost will be 33 eur per month (considering bonuses, activation fee, mobile phone Xiaomi 12 and the monthly fee).
I've been checking the Mein O2 app for offers, but anything for existing users is much more expensive. So I don't think there will be such a high discount for existing clients and I'm pretty convinced that changing companies is the best option.
I have now created and sent you a quote with a 5G enabled tariff and the Xiaomi 12. If you want to accept my offer, please confirm the offer on the landing page, you can take a close look at it there and then confirm it. Only after you have confirmed it, the order will be executed for you. After 8 days, the order will be automatically deleted if you do not accept it. In accordance with the Transparency Ordinance, I would like to refer you to our product information sheets, which you can download at www.o2.de/produktinformationsblatt. There you will find all the product details. There you will find all product details listed again (without discounts).
Thanks for the reply. But the proposal is far away from acceptable. I would be basically paying for a normal plan + 901 euros for a smartphone that costs 660 eur in any MediaMarket.
I would be paying half of the total to receive the same if I move to Vodafone
