Hello there, I have been having a very difficult time trying to add credit to my account. I’ve run out of credit and I’m in Austria and O2 doesn’t operate here so I have to do it online. I’ve tried to add credit but the issue is that O2 is requiring an IBAN and BIC numbers from my bank account and it won’t accept the IBAN number. 
Is this the only way that I can add credit in my area. If there is a solution that would be great! by the way, I have an American debit card that I use as well so maybe that plays a factor into this.

@jennybananas12_E You can buy online refill codes online by a very big American online shop. I think it start with an A. :wink:

@jennybananas12_E And please disable data on your smartphone. Enable it again after refill and booked/confirm smartphone package like my Perpaid M, L etc.

You can refill with the refill code over dialer: *103*refillcode#
