Add mobile device to Existing contract


Hi, 

I have an O2 M 2018 contract for few years now. I would like to add a mobile phone to this contract. I went to a shop but they said that they cannot do this in the shop and I have to do this online. Can someone help me understand how to add a mobile phone to my existing contract.

Dear @NRWRaj ,

 

if you would like us to offer you a cell phone, please tell us exactly which tariff (how many GB data volume or with unlimited data volume which speed) you have in mind and which cell phone you would like to have. Please also tell us which color you would like the cell phone to have.

I currently have O 2 Free M (2018) with 20GB data limit per month. To this contract, I would like to add iPhone 12 (white colour, 64 GB). Can you provide some option for this ?

thanks for your patience. I am happy that you are interested in an offer for extention together with the iPhone 12 64 GB in white. This certainly is a good decision. 

 

I have sent to you 2 different offers: The first one is with the tariff “o2 Free M” with 20 GB data-volume. Please be aware of the fact that this tariff does not include anymore an additional multicard. Therefore, if you stay with your multicard, you will be charged with additional 4,99 €. 

Therefore, my suggestion for you is the tariff “o2 Free M Boost” with 40 GB data-volume including the connect-option. In this tariff your additional multicard is free of charge. 

 

I have just sent these offers to you by e-mail. 

 

This offer includes as well the package “o2 TV”. You have the possibility to watch over 100 streaming TV lines, most of them in HD-quality. Just test the app in the first 3 months for free, and if you like to continue, you will be charged with 9,99 €. Thanks @o2_Tobias for the offer. At this moment, I don’t see both the offers attractive. 

If you can give me any other options, I will consider. For eg., instead of 24 months, 36/48 months or similar options. If not, we can close this thread.

I can probably make you an offer where the term for the iPhone 12 would be either 36 or 48 months (the mobile contract would be extended by 24 months again), but then I can't give you a small hardware discount with these options. The monthly rate would be lower due to the longer runtime for the phone, but overall you would pay something more. I have sent you both offers once by email. What do you think?

You have always the possibility to check your offers for extension online under Contract Extension (Vertragsverlängerung) .
