Could you please answer Bumer's question whether it is a prepaid SIM card or a postpaid SIM card?
Or were you able to successfully activate this SIM card yesterday or the day before yesterday?

Oh okay, so it's about a SIM card exchange that you received in 2022?
It will be too old and we will no longer be able to exchange it in our system.
Therefore you can no longer activate it. You need a new SIM card to exchange.
