I change the new SIM CARD, and want to make it to  activetie,but I call the phone number 08006699977, it is always to tell me system wrong, I goto the shop of O2, he told me, the card is not sale by his shop, he could not help me to make active,so how to make the card to active and use it?

Oh okay, so it's about a SIM card exchange that you received in 2022?

It will be too old and we will no longer be able to exchange it in our system.

Therefore you can no longer activate it. You need a new SIM card to exchange.
