I accidentally ordered a Multicards and they already deducted a payment in my account.
I dont know what to do. I already called regarding my ordered and they told me they canceled it already but then i keep receiving an Email that it is on delivery process and the worst they deducted me already the amount and i dont know if my money will return .
I just want to cancel it and bring my money back
