Accidentaly ordered a Multicards


I accidentally ordered a Multicards and they already deducted a payment in my account. 

I dont know what to do. I already called regarding my ordered and they told me they canceled  it already but then i keep receiving an Email that it is on delivery process and the worst they deducted me already the amount and i dont know if my money will return .

I just want to cancel it and bring my money back

Hi @Hatzel,

did you made a call to cancel the order? Please send a Email to widerruf@cc.o2online.de so your save. The Order of a Multicard is an automatism so it is normal that you received Emails about sending the Card. 
If your billing period is not yet too short, you may receive a cancellation of the costs in the same period. Otherwise, the activation fee will be refunded to you next month..
