Dear Community,



I've accidentally terminated the product "o2 my Prepaid Data Pack L" last night which costs 9.99 euros, which I still want to use. The reason behind terminating it was, when I charged 30 euros to my prepaid credit to reactivate the data pack, the status of the data pack was 'waiting for the credit charge (in German)'. I thought I have to cancel it and repurchase it to use it immediately. After I terminated the product, I found out that the credit I had was already 9.99 euros lower than before. I assume that the datapack was activated again automatically right after I've topped up my credit, but the status wasn't updated. Is there a way I can restore my data pack I've had?

I have just deactivated your o2 my Prepaid Data Pack XL and activated instead the o2 my Prepaid Data Pack L for you.



Additionally, I have just given to you a credit of 29,98 € (19,99 € for Data pack XL and 9,99 for Data Pack L).



So, you now have your Data Pack L for the next 28 days.

I have the same problem, I just accidentally terminated o2 my Prepaid M (14.99€) in Mein o2 app.

I didn't know that the app will automatically purchase packages for me as long as I have enough credit in the app, so I got panic seeing I have both o2 my Prepaid Data Pack L (9.99€) and o2 my Prepaid M (14.99€) purchased. Then I tried to cancel the o2 my Prepaid M (14.99€) but then I realised that my credit didn't come back...

Is there any way that I can have either my credit back since I haven't use any data yet, or having the package data back?

@o2_Tobias Hi first, I have accidentally ended Surf On 1GB data volume and then bought it again. Would it be possible to refund the first buy. I am sure I haven’t used it.
