Hello Team,

I am supposed to get charged 14,49 euros for my sim card, but this month there is a invoice of around 67 euros and the email talks about installments and discounts.

i don't understand what is it.

could you please explain,

I am supposed to get an invoice of 30 euros every month but every month I receive different amounts (60€, 80€, 90€) I had a lot of discussions with the O2 shop I got my contract from and he always says sorry. This is not fair. This is literally stealing my money. I am really so sick of the kind of services O2 provides and the weak internet that only works in a few places. Absolutely disgusting service. Someone help me to cancel the contract as soon as possible! Unfortunately it’s a contract for 2 years!!!

I'm sorry to hear that you're not so happy with the terms of your contract. Could you check what tariff you are using? You can find this information online in "My o2" or in your contract documents. 

Have you purchased a cell phone that is billed via monthly installments?
