Hello
I have not received my DSL username and password.So could you please send to my email.

my o2 DSL connection activated yesterday, but no internet

@siddu Did you have already an o2 mobile contract and did you order the dsl contract with combination advantage. If yes, you find all the dsl username and password in your mobile mein o2 customer center.


I have no o2 mobile contract and I did only o2 DSL contract, but I haven't received username and password form o2 yet.
I did call to o2 customer service 08966663081 many times, but even it's not reaching and no response from o2

From what I can see you’ve already received the necessary information earlier today. Did everything work out with the connection now and you are online or can we still support you in any way?
