Username and password for DSL connection

@siddu Did you have already an o2 mobile contract and did you order the dsl contract with combination advantage. If yes, you find all the dsl username and password in your mobile mein o2 customer center.

I have no o2 mobile contract and I did only o2 DSL contract, but I haven't received username and password form o2 yet.
I did call to o2 customer service 08966663081 many times, but even it's not reaching and no response from o2

Hi, I have applied for O2 home internet. I got my router. But I have not received my login credentials neither by e-mail nor by post. How can I get them? I have online exam in two days. I need internet badly.

​@RRN When was the activation date and do you already have a VDSL sync?

​@Joe Doe  Activation date for internet is 19.12.2024. A technician is appointed for this date. But I wanted to do it by my own. I logged into my router and it requires my user name and password. If I get user name and password I can avoid waiting time for the technician. I am in a hurry cause I have an online exam. I am not a tech guy so i don’t understand what vdsl sync is. But after I connected, the power and  WLAN indicators are turned on.

​@RRN Is your VDSL ready for express activation? I think not or you get an information about this over email from o2.

Because of the 19.12. you get your dsl username / password over letter post from o2.

​@Joe Doe  I tried to figure out my line id but the address redirects me to fritzbox home page. I went to o2 shop where i signed my contract. They said they can't provide me the login credentials. I should get it automatically via e-mail, whereas I didn’t get it. You said I will get it via post. Is there any chance that I can get it before 19.12.24? Or Can I request them for it?
