Unprofesional connection in basement

This photo shows what the technician who came to activate my Internet connection did in my basement. I don’t think that looks like professional work and would like someone to come and correct this.

Hello @nemarona ,

the APL is technically property of the line owner and they are also responsible if there are any changes to be made concerning it. You could try contacting them concerning setting up a new APL in your home, but in my experience they generally only switch these out if the currently used unit is defect.

Definitely keep us updated on the issue.

Kind regards, Sven

Hi @nemarona ,

does the connection work nonetheless? You can’t seem to close the Box, is that correct?

Best regards,
Kurt

It works, but I can’t close the box, meaning the cables are visible and could be easily disrupted.
