Hello,
this September I will be permanently moving out from Germany and would please need to have my mobile contract (Blue All-in L) terminated. I will want to keep the line active and working until October 1st.
Could you please explain on how to proceed, and send me over email any forms I may need to complete and send back? I will of course be able to attach my Abmeldung as a proof.
Thanks in advance for your support.
Best,
Francesco

Please someone contact me through private message, I cannot reach o2 in any other way - the online chat is not working, email doesn't work neighter and nobody replyes to my online threads. Please.
Hello @o2_Jessica , @o2_support
Today, finally i have got the Sonderküdigung from the Burgerbüro and as informed, i have forwarded all the copies to the O2_support in a private message. Please check and do the needful for the early clearance.
As informed, my local bank account will also be open only till end of May'17 in Germany. So i kindly request you to check and get the final amount cleared together with May'17 payout.
Please check and confirm the receipt of the files and initiate immediate process from the concerned department.
In case of any clarification, please revert soon as i am in Germany only for next 2 days.
Thank you,
Madhusudhan

Hello @o2_Lars
I'm changwook yoo.
I wanna ask something about termination of contract (DSL)
I already sent my termination form to O2 by fax, but I haven't received any reply.
What do I have to do now?
I wanna call o2, but I cannot understand German directions on the call.
And, the live chat is not connected with a staff even though I waited for more than 20 min.
If possible, I want you to let me know the e-mail address about this problem.

Hello @Giga87 ,
can you please write your concern here?
Hello@madhusudhan2308 ,
I'll check the private messages and answer you there then!
Hello@ychangwook1 ,
the best would be to call the DSL hotline, that's the easiest way.
I do not do the DSL customer support.
Kind regards,
Jessica

Dear Jessica, @O2_support
Thanks but please check my reply there too.. with the latest mails i got from O2, it doesnt look to have been cancelled rather extended my contract even after Abmeldung??
If the Vertrag and numbers are cancelled then it is fine otherwise i will end up paying further..without using:-(
Please check and do the needful immediately.
Thanks in advance,
Madhu

Hey Madhu,
please take one friendly advice-
when you're talking about one issue, you do not have to address it on several places. When we write in private messenges, just write me there. When we write in the thread, answer there. But not double double always. It means more work for everyone who's working on that, who also has to work on all those several messenges, even though it's already done.
Thank you,
Jessica

1.Hi I am Kofi. I will be leaving Germany to take up employment in Hungary. I have 2contracts one for the mobilfunk and the other for the cell phone itself. How do I proceed with the termination. Thank you.
2. My second question is I misplaced my phone a month ago so I needed a new sim card. The guy at the shop in holstenstrasse kiel made me sign a lot of papers just for a new replacement sim caRd. Until I cancelled it o2 was charging me 3 times what I pay every month for 4 months for an unknown number is never used or signed up for. I always use one number and o2 was charging me for an extra number oblivious to me. Is it a possibility I get a refund for this money? I am student so that money really affected my general well being. I know you may no care but I feel it is unfair for someone to knowingly take advantage of my inability to speak german to make me suffer this loss. O2 customer service is very unfriendly to international people hence I have never been able to voice my concerns out. I cancelled my contract early just because of that so did 20 of my class mates because if your reps are capable of this then there is no way I can ever do any business with such a company. The truth is no one cares when I make this complaint which makes me wonder. There is nothing that I can do but it really not fair.

Hello kofi,
for a cancellation because of moving abroad please use this form for the mobile contract:
https://static2.o9.de/blob/12985654/v=1/Binary/contract-cancellation-moving-abroad-download.pdf
This you need to fill out and send back to the company with all the documents that they ask for:
I'm really sorry about what happened in the shop. But if there are any problems with the shop, you need to go to them and talk with them about that issue. Shops are independent establishments from the company o2. But still, when you do something in a shop, and sign something there, they are your contact persons.
Still I understand your situation, please don't get me wrong, I'm really sorry for that.
But please talk with them. And keep in mind that you'll also need to cancel that contract then as well, if they can't find a solution then.
Kind regards,
Jessica
