this September I will be permanently moving out from Germany and would please need to have my mobile contract (Blue All-in L) terminated. I will want to keep the line active and working until October 1st.
Could you please explain on how to proceed, and send me over email any forms I may need to complete and send back? I will of course be able to attach my Abmeldung as a proof.

Today I faxed the necessary documents to O2 mobile. As I mentioned previously, I have to close my bank account when I am leaving Germany. So please send me the confirmation letter of contract cancellation that includes the payment method by email.

Nice update form my side. I received the abmeldebestätigung today in the morning, scanned it and sent it directly via message to the contact for o2_support that you opened to me. I hope it worked. I wrote in wrote in the following message and hope you can follow up to our finalization:

I want to echo my sincere thank you for carrying though my early cancellation request.
For everyone else listening in, the abmeldebestätigung aka de-register proof is vital for the o2 team to process the request. I literally got mine on Tuesday (a week before officially flying out of Berlin) and sent the proof directly to the support team which Jessica opened up to me.
This morning (Friday) I received the e-mail that my request has been successfully processed and that they will commence the deactivation on my requested date. They even called me this morning to confirm.
This still comes with the context that I sent sets of documents, over the last 2-3 months, proving I was definitely leaving. FYI: Documents included - filled out cancellation request form, proof of new job in new country, new home address, letter of leaving german apartment, copy of flight ticket. But in the end the abmeldebestätigung was the most crucial document.
The process is long especially if you have to wait until you can get the abmeldebestätigung, BUT I feel that Jessica deserves the special kudos as she gets a lot of repetitive requests in this thread and has done a tremendous job in supporting us with much patience and professional diligence.
I hope other listeners in this thread find this helpful and can use the insight to save yourself time and added pressure.

Just a small query. I know that you have released O2_Support id to send Private message and attachments to last time. However i can only see the option of send Message while checking Inbox from my laptop but not when i login through my phone.
I may require that when i submit my deregistration copy later from mobile (Home network wont available any more at that time.
Please guide me, how i will be able to see send Private message option on my Mobile through O2 login?

you can only upload it at a notebook/ computer.
On the phone it's not possible. You can also go to an internet cafe, or if i's possible for you you can also send it from your work or so.

I had an amazing time! Was my second trip to India, and I can't get enough of it!
My plan is to go there for longer for traveling, or studying abroad or anything. Fell in love with it right away. It challenged me at first (good and bad) to get to feel everything, but after some days I was kind of "going with the flow".
Feel like I left my family there with all the lovely people that I got to know.
I know that feeling of somehow being torn apart inside, when loving two places in the world. But I hope you had a wonderful time here in Germany, with great memories! And maybe it's not the last time for you here.
About the rest of the amount that will be charged-
you want to cancel the contract at the 30th of April. And your normal accounting month ends at the 9th of every month, so the money will be charged at round about the 20th, or a little later.
When we manage it to care for your cancellation right away, you'll get the last invoice then in the middle or May. Keep in mind that you'll also be charged for the 3 months basic fees as a replacement! That will also be on your last invoice.
But, it is also possible that this charging will be through in June, depends on how fast the systems get it through (I can't really explain it in English, hope you get what I mean).
I think it would be the best to keep the bank account open until June. Just to be sure.
But you could also close your bank account in the middle of May, and if the last charging of the 3 months is not on that invoice we change your payment options to transfer, that you do it by yourself when you get the last invoice.

ah okay, that's a fact that I didn't have in mind when I wrote you. Of course when the normal runtime end of your contract is at the beginning of June, you won't get charged for 3 monthly basic fees. Only with the charges until the runtime end.
Like I said many times-

The system only allows 1 week before only, so she made the next meeting for Abmeldung on 27.04.2017, which is almost 2 days before I go:-(. I did not understand if they know this, why they gave me that day for Abmeldung.
Unfortunately they have no other Termin earlier available.
Do you think it would be ok clear the final settlement for my O2 plan, if I submit that day and leave my Bank account open till end of May 2017 or should I have to leave till end of June?
Please advise.
