I started o2 community account before having an o2 contract.. today i closed a contract in O2 shop with the same mail address of the community account. But as soon as i wanted to access the information of my new contract on the app, i realized that im not able to use my email as a login email to my o2 new contract details.. therefor i would like you to delete my community account from the system so i’ll be able to use my email address on the contract account. thanks!
Hi.I made this account before I received a registration email from O2 after I ordered a DSL service. However when I click the link it tells me the email is already used so I can’t make an account with the registration, and thus I can’t see my actual order information on this site. How do I delete my account or link my order information to this account? or can someone do it for me? Thanks,Alex

I am having an issue with purchasing credit for my prepaid mobile phone. I have purchased 15 euro of credit and the transactions shows up in my bank, however, I have not received the 15 euros credit on my o2 account. I purchased credit yesterday (18.08.2019) and it worked fine, however today when I tried it did not work. I am using N26 for my bank. I have contacted them and they provided me with transaction id. I can provided this if needed. I would like to have the credit I have purchased shown on my account.
Hello, My 10 Euro charge is consumed after exactly charging it and have no automatic settings and configurations! I'm really sad of this inconvinient happenings and I think most probably is because of my German is not good and cann't completely understand what is going on in my profile ! now I booked prepade 1.5 S data and simcard package and it's waiting for charge! would you please check my profile! Hello, I have sent a letter for cancellation of my O2 DSL contract on 05-Aug-2019 to following address but I have not received any email from o2. I have tried to send the documents also by fax but your fax isn't working. I have left Germany and for my it's impossible to send the documents again. Telefonica Germany GmbH & Co. Hi, I already have two user accounts at O2 with the same e-mail address, only different usernames. This is probably reason I cannot register/login through link I received in email confirming my DSL order. I am asking for my old account deletion, so I could register again with the same email address and see the status of my order. I am unhappy with the constant internet downtime I'm getting with my current DSL provider, and want to switch to someone else. I am considering o2 as I'm already an o2 mobile customer. I only have until 28th August (2 days!) to cancel, otherwise it will automatically renew on 28 October for another year. So I have 2 questions: 1. How long does it take from ordering o2 DSL/Home Phone to getting it activated? I want to keep the same landline number too, and I don't want service interruption 2. Is there a nice deal that will include mobile and home internet plus home phone? Cheers!

Never order O2 in my life again. I recently moved from London Munich. I tot O2 is the same stranded here too, but it's really bad service comparing to London O2, I payed 75 Euros more thank one moth waiting for the connection, they send Router the DSL line never worked two Engineer did debugging and testing no solution since the activation date. They already charged me from my bank, when I call customer service they play basketball with me saying that we don't speak English, still I am waiting this to solve because I have trapped I can not cancel the contract, they said I have signed the contact, The question to O2 and this Community, What kind of service is this I really don't understand, I can cancel, I don't have internet and phone line but I have to pay every month please see below when I talk to the customer service they simply exit without anything. the guy agreed they sent me wrong sms and wrong number I really don't know whom to talk and how to solve this ?????? *

But I could not find any information about the telephone number , I understand that it was to be sent via Post. But I have not received any information about the same. I have a Prepaid Data Pack L plan which was going to end on 18/08/2019. So, last Friday I charged more than 10 euros in order to allow this plan to renew automatically. But instead, the plan to change to my Prepaid S and my money. Then I charged 10 euros and renewed Pack L. So, I have 10 euros and now I have 2 active plans for the same phone number. This is bad, I just entered into my O2 to recharge money and changed my plan.

Hi I have received my flat's former tenants o2 account, and the internet worked good the first five days, until it stopped working by the day I received the e-mail with the data needed for my registration in the web-site, which I did, thinking that maybe it would solve the problem, but it didn't. Now, it has been nearly two weeks without internet. o2 Kundenservice gave me a ticket to set an appointment, but even the confirmation was extremely slow. last Monday I waited for the Techniker, who never showed up and they gave me another appointment for today for the Techniker to come. He came, but couldn't solve the problem, because he said that the connection was working fine, that maybe the problem was the Router, so I called to o2 again and they don't even know what's going on, so they told me they will contact me later, but I need to solve this problem as soon as possible, and o2 service has been too slow. Dear O2 service, I have an O2 mobile contract that has a "spätester Kündigungstermin" in March and I would like to announce that I don't want to extend the contract for another year. I went to the O2 shop on Tauentzienstraße 8 in Berlin to announce that I don't want to extend the contract. A helpful O2 employee at the shop assisted me by writing and sending a fax to the headquarters, stating that I don't want to extend my contract. This was in October 2018. However, it seems as that didn't work and that I still have yet to announce that I don't want to extend my contract for one more year. My question is: Am I missing something or did the fax work to end my contract? - meaning, will the contract end in June or will it be extended for one more year? Next question: If the fax didn't work. What do I have to do so that my contract won't be extended for another year? Best Regards,

Hello, I am moving abroad on 30. November 2019. My mobile contract is due to expire on 27. March 2020. I have read all the forms (and numerous forums). I am trying to decide whether to submit for extraordinary cancellation because of moving abroad or to just submit a cancellation at the end of my contract period. Everything keeps referencing an "all inclusive basic fee" but I cannot find any information about how much this fee is and whether it is higher than my regular monthly bill or not. Given how close I will be to the end of my contract when I leave, what is the cheapest option? What fees would I be required to pay if I cancelled at the end of my contract period? How much is the "all inclusive basic fee" and what additional fees are added on early cancellation due to moving abroad? Thank you in advance for your help.
