I need a Persönlichen Kundenkennzahl

Dear O2 community,

I would like to ask for a Persönlichen Kundenkennzahl as I don’t have one in the paperwork that I received with my contract nor I was asked to have one set when I did my contract.

Please forgive me for not writing in German, I just moved here and I don’t speak (yet) German.
