Router Setup and VoIP PIN Please Help

Hello

I have recently taken over a DSL internet contract and a 6741 router from the former tenant.

I have reset the router to it’s factory setting, and I want to reconfigure it, but the router never asks about the PIN, user name, or password and after a few seconds that Internet LED blinks in RED, the Info LED turns in RED. When I browse the home page of the router, I see this status info.

It seems the router does not forget its former connection setting.

I welcome any tip and help to solve this.

Hello,

Finally I could force the router (6741)  to forget its former configuration.

It’s a little stupid, but just hold the reset button for 3 minutes and then router could automatically accept new configuration, and connected to internet.
