a router can be added to the order, but due to how the processing works, the unit would only be send out after the activation of the actual contract. If that is no issue for you, then we can add a FritzBox 6660 for your cable connection.

Thanks for the reply, i would actual just prefer to cancel the order and make a new one its just easier. I emailed: widerruf@cc.o2online.de about it. That is the correct email to contact for these things right?

I sent the email to widerruf@cc.o2online.de over a week ago and i still didnt get a reply. I even sent a reminder email and still nothing. Is there a way to speed this up? The longer it takes to cancel this order the longer its going to take to make the correct one. Any help is appreciated. Thank you!
