if you rent this homebox directly from O2, than there is a problem with your DSL connection.
Are there more than 1 phone socked? Is the dsl led blinking?
If yes please call the hotline, there is a problem with your connection.
Yes i rented it directly from O2, It has three and as per o2 guideline i plugged in middle one.
Yes DSL LED is blinking.
The main problem is i am still not good at german and they only speaks German.
Do you have a neighbor how speaks German? Maybe he could assist you.
