initial configuration for o2 HomeBox 6742


Hello Experts,

 

My o2 DSL connection was activated yesterday and i have configured it as per guideline by using the o2 my service App but it’s stuck at DSL Syncroniztion step for hours and then fails. 

 

When i open http://o2.box then it’s also failing at second step which is status of DSL connection which is coming as not connected.

 

 

I am frustrated with this any help would be highly appreciated.

Moin,

if you rent this homebox directly from O2, than there is a problem with your DSL connection.

Are there more than 1 phone socked? Is the dsl led blinking?

If yes please call the hotline, there is a problem with your connection.

Yes i rented it directly from O2, It has three and as per o2 guideline i plugged in middle one.

 

Yes DSL LED is blinking.

The main problem is i am still not good at german and they only speaks German.
