Hello ,

So i would like to start by saying that this is my first time typing here or asking questions so i need detailed help.

i just got my LTE/5G 100mb home plan ( with the router ) for my apartment here in Berlin, while the internet is stable enough, since i stream and am a hardcore online gamer ( competitive ) i find the ping very unstable , and fluctuating a lot ( also the upload speed goes down and that makes me stream lag for my viewers) .

so my question is , since i just started the contract and have 2 years of payments, ahead of me, is it possible to change to a DSL 100mg Home internet ( yes it’s available at my address) without having to sign a new contract? i do like a contract change or something? if so please guide me on How to do it . if not , well, guess i’m doomed with lag  and ping spikes :’) .
