Hi,
I made a new contract for Fritz!Box 6660 Cable to be activated on 18.07.2022. However, the box arrived a few weeks after the activation date (who does this!). Even though I got an email that the activation was successful (in the absence of the router), after the setup, nothing seems to work (no internet connection). The ‘power on’ light keeps blinking without end. I have called Support several times, both in English and German, yet nothing seems to work. No email address to reach them. What kind of service is this?
I’m tempted to terminate the contract, so that I don’t pay for what I didn’t use, unless I get some help from the community. Please help as quickly as possible. Thanks
