I have O2 my Home M DSL at home and it’s been working smoothly for the last few months, except last Friday, 1st October I woke up and there was no internet. I went through the usual process of restarting the router and called O2 that evening to report the problem. They provided me the ticket number XXXXXXXXXX and it was “an den technischen Außendienst übergeben”, but since then nothing…
I work from home, so this is a major issue for me. What can I do? How much longer do I need to wait?
