How you try to contact the hotline? WhatsApp Chat or 089 787979400 ? If you use the 089 number, have you wait after the computer voice recommended the service app and say good bye. Don’t hang up. Wait. After some seconds silence you will forward to a human operator.
Sorry @Joe Doe but you're only one I can contact right now. I tried WhatsApp and it suggests to use the O2 service app which I did. When I call the number 089 the computer talks for so long I waited for like 10 mins
