I've ordered o2 MyHome L on 22.02.2022. In the shop they told me the earliest termin for tehnician to come is 10.03. So two days ago I waited whole day for someone to come only to see an email that says internet is activated. Ok next thing I do is connect my router after 2 hours since the activation but i cannot connect to the internet(DSL lamp blinks, new router, never used bought just for this occasion. And yes i tried to reset it to factory settings later.)
So i thought maybe it's my fault, maybe I haven't entered correct password or something. I went to check my mailbox just to be sure and there i find a note from a tehnician saying that he is sorry that we didn't meet (I was apperently not available) and that i should appoint another termin. After going through abysmal voicemail service i finnaly get to talk to a human beign that says that my connection is active and should be working. She tells me later that they will send a tehnician and if I'm lucky he will call me the same day, but he will definitely call me the next day(11.03). Of course he didn't call me and after reading in forums others people complaints over the problem same as my and since it is so hard to get support I don't want to end up waiting 1 more month to get what i pay for. Either we solve this in earliest possible time or I'm canceling my contract while I still can.
