I signed up on 17.08 and today the technician came to check and set up my connectivity. I didn’t receive my router yet, at My O2, the fields to see Tariff and option is deactivated, I didnt get any email, none reply to the phone, i can’t contact by chat because is not available, Im paying for a service I dont have and I need internet for work. Someone can help me please?
