Hi, I tried to check my internet contract online on o2 website but I am having problem. I created this account for interest, and later got internet contract from o2 and received already some documents such as rufnummber “XXXXX/ XXXXX” and username as password for router configurations via post.
When I tried to check my contract information via o2 website after logging in and clicking Mein O2, nothing happens but I get to forum home page (hilfe.o2online.de) and it doesn’t show me that I am logged in. After this I tried to log in in Mein o2 app, but I keep getting general error and try agin later.
I am do not speak german, so finding solution has been hard for me so I am looking for help on forum.
