Number portability from O2 to other network


Dear Team,

I would like to transfer my mobile number (XXXXXXXXXX) from O2 prepaid to Lebara. Could you please help me with process. My current plan will be ending on 21.02.2022, and I would like to port before that to new network.

thank you for your enquiry with us.
To prevent further dial-ins to the network, you can deactivate the mobile data on your device yourself.
Despite a connection to the WLAN or hotspot, for example, there can always be interruptions in the connection. As soon as your device dials in, the Daypack is activated accordingly.

Dear O2 Team, 

 

Would you please revert back on this. I have kept 25 euros in balance. Also i have intiated porting request on O2 app. Would you please release the number so i can request new provider to close ASAP.

I was just about to enter the porting declaration for you, but the number has already been released. Porting has been free of charge since December 1st 2021. Please remember, you can withdraw your remaining balance after deactivating the SIM card.

Hello Andrea,

Just wanted to check hopw iu can submit the refund form. I mean should i send to any email address, in that case please lert me know email ID. or should i send the signed form to any address by physical copy or i can submit to nearest O2 outlet for further processing. 

Appreciate yopur feedback on this.

Hello O2 Team,

 

Today i received a SMS (refer below) stating 99 cents will be charged as my phone is connected to internet. Yes my phone was connected to internet but through wifi or 2nd SIM card mobile data. SO question is why i should be charge when i am not using O2 service. Please stop this service from my number until my number is ported out. It says it will only charge if i connected to internet, but i have already charged 1 EURO today. 

appreciate your support here.

Without an Internet Pack, you can surf with it for just 99 cents. per calendar day ( 30MB ). You only incur these costs when you connect to the Internet. Your o2 team.
