Hi, I'm wondering if it is possible to get my PUK code through this forum? I have lost my original documentation with it and did not sign up to myO2 prior to being locked out. As I don't speak German, calling is a bit tricky. Is it possible to have it resolved on here?

welcome to the o2 community!



You can look up your PIN & PUK online in you Mein o2 account:



Tarif & Optionen ➡️ SIM-Karte verwalten ➡️ PIN & PUK einsehen (Weiter)



This path is also the one you could choose in the Mein o2 app, but as you wrote you're currently locked out I assume this is rather futile at the moment. 🙂

Thanks for your reply. Unfortunately I never signed up to an o2 account, so can't access that part (I have tried signing up and it has said that I need a text message code, which I can not access as I am locked out)



Is there another way around this?
