DSL Relocation in Same Building?

Hi,

I am using o2 from past 5-6 months now I want to change the apartment, my new apartment is in same building, I have a few questions:

  1. What's the procedure for applying for relocation?
  2. How long will it take?
  3. Are there any service charges for this relocation?
Please note, I have to move my connection to new apartment in the same building.

even if you move inside the building you have to arrange a complete move. Pls go: http://g.o2.de/W8n and fill in the form

It's important fill in the position of your new appartment to make the change clear for the technician.

Usually it takes up to three weeks until you get an appointment for activation.

There is a one time fee of 19,99 EUR for the move.
